Hey, I was wondering if anyone on here was or is in the military and has any workout suggestions on how to prepare for boot camp.
And thank you for your service.

Run run run and run some more!! Pull ups chin ups sit ups push ups and lots of thm thn run again burpees floor tricep dips plank spidermans high intensity circut training thn run and run and run some more u do tht till u feel like ur gonna die thn push through it anyway and boot camp will feel like a warm up to u
