Check out be like mike in my created workout section it is created specifically for increasing vertical jump rather ur a one foot or two foot jumper it will help ur vertical also plenty info online and on youtube
People will tell you fancy things with a bunch of bs but truth be told all you need are old school squat jumps with a weight (25-35 lbs depending on your size) and just to just up and off boxes. You will see improvement in your jumping very soon young blood
