Hi, I've been looking for a workout focused on increasing vertical leap but found none specifically for that purpose. Do you know any? Thanks in advance.

Create your own workout if you don't find what you need.

I know, I kinda created one but I don't have much idea, that's why I'm using the app xD.

Check out be like mike in my created workout section it is created specifically for increasing vertical jump rather ur a one foot or two foot jumper it will help ur vertical also plenty info online and on youtube

People will tell you fancy things with a bunch of bs but truth be told all you need are old school squat jumps with a weight (25-35 lbs depending on your size) and just to just up and off boxes. You will see improvement in your jumping very soon young blood

I'm not sure wat "bs" ur referring to and whn i click on th link muscle building specialist it brings to a website pushing one more program tht claims to b th program...frm my experience box jumps r a great way to improve vertical jump sqaut jumps with heavy dumbells r not!!!! They will destroy ur knees and r no more effective thn any other plyometric ...stick with th guys tht actually do th jumping...you tube vertical jumping training...talk to basketball players and coaches call up ur local colleges and ask their coaches wat they do...google basketball camps or watever...
