Question: what warm up exercises are good for rope jumps and hola hooping?

Question: what warm up exercises are good for rope jumps and hola hooping?
I tried the Harvard warm up exercises but find my calf and area around shoulder blade hurting...

Brisk walks/jogs are always a good warmup, but dynamic stretching is the best in my opinion.
Dynamic stretches include:
Lunges
Squats/Squat jumps
Frankenstiens 
Look them up for more info.
