i am needing a bunch of good upper body work outs. after having my daughter i had become very weak. i can not even do a push up and it's embarrassing to me. any help will be appreciated.
if I were you I would start off with kneeling push ups. also do some elbow and full planks and try to alternate between them to help build up stamina and strength in your arms
Any upper body workout will do u just use weight u can handle jus as ur were as anyone else...say u can only lift 10lbs for 5 reps thn thts th weight to start with heavy frm ur starting point u can build ur routines based on ur fitness level push ups on knees is a good idea even if u can only get few reps consecutivly also try thm using ur counter top which is even easier thn on ur knees with adequate rest periods between sets u shud b able to get plenty of reps ..ull build strength n no time
