Hi Deepika. First, I am not a dietician or nutritionist so I can not tell you what to eat. However, some simple advice to remember about weight gain during pregnancy is to remember you are not really eating for two. You should pretty much maintain the same intake as before you were pregnant adding only an extra hundred calories( 300 in the 3rd trimester). Choose fresh fruits and veggies or foods high in protein and calcium, like nut butters and low fat cheese or milk.

Avoid high impact activities and jerky and bouncy ones. Try walking more, swimming, yoga and whatever activities you enjoy. Get at least 30 min of exercise a day.

Gaining weight is more about what you eat than exerciseBe sure to keep track and don't over indulge too often;)
