Hii Angela wanna ask u regarding my fitness during m pregnancy presently I m 9weeks pregnant but in the previous pregnancy I had a prblm dat I put on weight vry frequently during pregnancy I put on around 22kgs .....so dis time I wanna tk precautions ....ok u tell me hw to control m weight without dieting as I knw dieting is nt gud fr fetal growth so Plllz help me I'll b vry mch thnkful
Avoid high impact activities and jerky and bouncy ones. Try walking more, swimming, yoga and whatever activities you enjoy. Get at least 30 min of exercise a day.
Gaining weight is more about what you eat than exercise. Be sure to keep track and don't over indulge too often;)
The exercise which u have suggested dat is prenatal warm up and yoga .....can I do dis one or shud I start dis after my 1st trimester presently I m 9weeks pregnant....
You should get approval by your CP before starting any exercise program when pregnant.
