No workouts exclusively for back, or even chest

Hi

I'm doing workout every morning and I try to keep it at a good level of variety, but I couldn't find any exclusive or even a little more specific workout for my chest or backs worse. Everything is mixed up, but some exceptions, such as "lucky leggy" or lots of abs workouts.

Can anyone help? Any workouts suggested?

So you are looking for something to target your back specifically? or your chest? I'd do dumb bell reverse flys. Those are my favorite for my back. That and normal flys for my chest.

Mmmm...i see your workouts intense and long, I prefer 30 mins workouts for everyday wakeup ;)

I'm a rock climber, but I'm in a full pressure study schedule which doesn'nt let me to go gym and do my regular exercise, doing these in irder to not to lose my fitness till one month, so thanks for advising that i'm not serious enough :)
