I'm assuming you are going in to tumbling? Handstands-- and lots of em! Core workouts are some of the most important because you need a really strong core for gymnastics (including your back!). A lot of the time they will show you exercises that are really awesome, so you can look forward to that. Did I say awesome? I meant brutal lol
