I tried yoga before, but I stoped because it is too hard
I did hot yoga for 20 days in a row and I did feel leaner and stronger.
Yoga Poses are hard at first but you some how you deep breath through them. I know it sounds strange but it really helps to focus on your breath when doing yoga.
Been doing it fr three months nw...plan to go on n on...
Yoga helps flexibility but try jogging for 10 or so minutes then streatching, DO NOT OVER STRETCH!!! Then repeat when your muscles tighten
Here raw a few of my favorites, I have others in my "like" folder. If a pose is too hard get up and try again. HOLD as long as possible, it'll get easier in time. YOGA is my weak area and I intend of bettering it the month of January. :)
