I use myfitnesspal. Myfitnesspal is an app where you can track your calorie in take. You just fill in your diary for breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner. Once you know your total calorie intake needed, calculate accordingly how much calories you can consume to get your goal. For instance, my total caloric intake is 1560.
