Is it okay to do ab workouts everyday or should I have a rest day in between ab workouts?
Your abdominal muscles are designed to provide you with support and stabilization throughout the day and therefore can tolerate daily exercise for them, provided that you are not adding any additional weight other than your own body weight. If you add additional resistance such as medicine balls, dumbbells or perform abdominal exercises on a machine with added weights(plates) then you should not do them everyday as the additional weight will cause additional micro tears in the muscle and need time to repair.
