My newest ones Ive created are the an FST-7 series so far I have awesome leg day training with FST-7 And a awesome back day with FST-7 And an awesome arm day with FST-7 I've created some circut workouts....one workout is for balencing the shoulder it focuss both on the internal and external rotation and will keep your shoulders injury free as the deltoids get stronger the internal muscles like the rotar cuff gets weaker also most shoulder exercises consist only of one time of rotation which can cause problems later on also hav a workout using a sledege hammer...
