100 push ups every alternate day!! (FOR 50 DAYS)
Push ups...the most basic and fruitful exercise....no matter what your goal is...push ups help you to achieve them! So...who's in with me for doing 100 push every alternate days...
And I am not saying 100 in one go...take as many breaks and sets as you feel like..! :D
So..50 × 100 = 5000 push ups!!! :D
Just push as far as you can. If you feel sick, push a bit more.
Your arms will ache like a b... but you will notice improvement in no time.
I try to do at least 50 a day in sets.
DAY 2 today!!!! Rip it up!!! :D
How long did it took you to get 100 push ups done? I mean i do 20 and i'm too tired :/
Day 1 completed 100.
Was able to do 20 two sets and 15 four sets :)
Wham!! I am in... but I will be taking a bunch of breaks. ... Can barely do 15 in one go... Going to aim for 20 pushups 5 times a day.
Day 3!! :D
