Clean eating, water, and high intensity training to include running.
Eating light & clean, drinking plenty of water daily. Training hard 6 days a week. Oh and alot of ab workouts included in your training of course. Cardio at least 30 mins a day, the rest med to heavy lifting totaling 60 mins to 90 daily. Motivation and dedication is highly recommended as well. You can do whatever you put your mind to.
