Interested in toning up, not losing weight, recommended exercises?
What are some good toning exercises?
I'm 20 years old, healthy and not overweight. I'm not interested in losing weight but there are some things I want to tone up. What are some recommended exercises for doing so? Thanks :)
I have access to a full gym. I run, do some crunches, some lateral pull down kind of stuff and I do the little bike thing at the gym. I just need some ideas :)
