weighted knee rasies,reverse churches, leg tucks & my personal favorite reaide cable moutain climbers

Knee raises hurts like crap I started them yday. I enjoy them. Whats leg tucks?? And reaide cable??

Exercises like leg raises/in & outs/hanging leg raises/flutter kicks all target the lower abs. It's also one of the hardest places to remove fat so cardio & a clean diet is essential

I forgot mountain climbers ! JEEZ how could I forget them ?! I do a ton of 'em every day !!

the one with the residence band is the truth doing them along will be your,bread & butter.

get a residence band with ankle straps, put them on an do moutain climbers for 45sec slow do 5 sets. leg tucks sit on the end of a bench pull your knees towards your chest .

That's a challenge I have 5 pound weights for my legs im going to try it. And im def. Going to do leg tucks! ,Thank you

no problem switch it up also do sets by the time instead of reps.

Spider-Man plank - assume a push-up position and slowly bring your right knee towards your right elbow, return and do the same with your left. Keep doing these slowly until you collapse : )

I do those sometimes. They're a little more intese than regular planking and side planking lol. Thank you

I have the same goal so have added ankle weights to some of the exercises mentioned.  I've also made changes to my diet and am adding protein shakes after intense workouts.
