Looking for full body stretches

I would love to find a good warm up stretch to do. I would like to find something that I can use every day so that I can commit it to memory.

Generally stretches are better for after working out (cool down). Jogging and moving your joints would be better for warming up muscles and raising your heart rate.

Here aresome recommended stretches however Full Body Stretches for Cool Down & Flexibility. Why not join the challenge?

At basic and AIT we where taught to stretch both before and after. The before was so you don't pull anything when pushing yourself and after was to prevent tightness. I tried out those stretches. Now to just to do them enough so I can commit them to memory
