I would love to find a good warm up stretch to do. I would like to find something that I can use every day so that I can commit it to memory.
Generally stretches are better for after working out (cool down). Jogging and moving your joints would be better for warming up muscles and raising your heart rate.
Here aresome recommended stretches however Full Body Stretches for Cool Down & Flexibility. Why not join the challenge?
