You can do workout anytime. But just don't do workout AFTER eating. Seriously, it can cause a lot of problems on your body and it's organs. Wait 2 hours at least before start working out again.

In my opinion the best time to workout is when you have the most energy. So for me I workout when I get off work. Cuz I'm wide awake and alert. Also like to get stuff done early.
