Is there any exercises I can do while driving?

Squeeze your thighs and glutes.

Best exercise is to turn your head on left and right and observe the traffic alive driver, concentrated on traffic, is much healthier for other drivers on the road.

Be safe than sorry. I have seen accidents leading from makeup,  cellphones, tying clothing items and etc... prese safe it for the work place or home.  Driving while exercising  is like texting.  Do not do it or suffer the consequences.

My bag pipe instructor often said to practice while driving, you would play on the steer wheel rather then with your pipe so imagining the sound there you'd move the correct fingers and practice the tune while driving. That technique really helped me, it was an hr drive to my instructor's so I'd practice on the way there and back aswell as in the lesson.

Sit up straight and keep your core tight.

Id rather you get to your destintion and get home safely so you can exercise there... not kill yourself on the road.

You cant get fit while lying in a coffin.

That's a good idea,  how about stretches? I'm asking about sitting exercises when you get down to it. If I'm driving on my own I often punch above the steering wheel a few times or when roadtriping with friends we dance to the music while sitting or bob  heads to the tune. There's plenty of time time on the road when your full attention is not needed in slow moving traffic, lights or parked up waiting for a friend to come out ofvtge bank.

Yes you can do any workouts while driving. Risk of injury or death is your own responsibility lol.

You can sing in the car? It's good workout for your diaphragm muscles. It doesn't matter if you can't hold a note...it's cathartic!

Okay so everyone has identified that using your phone while driving is dangerous and exercises aren't really ment for confined spaces. I'm not recommending that people exercise whist driving but I was curious about what was possible in a small space with time up your sleeves. Traffic Jam

Kegels...if u don't know how or where, its really simple. Go to the bathroom and stop your urine..those are the muscles you will be working. And you can do them anywhere anytime. Just don't continue to do it in the toilet, that's more of a guide on how to do it cuz its hard to explain Lol.
