Hey everyone jus wanted to know if you have any good suggestions for stretching out my sore muscles... my thighs abs and arms are mostly the sore ones.
I honestly have my hubby massage. If not I do some self massage. Then do a full body stretch right after a decent self massage. Feels so much BETTER!! Also hot baths you can even massage in the bath. Get out and stretch. Even if they are tender to touch I still do a light massage and stretch.
