For two weeks I've been working out with cable and I must say I like how I feel after I'm done. And I have the best pump off of it because u have to squeeze every time and hold for two seconds. I love it.
Ya, same. I try to use cables as much as possible, since they provide constant resistance through the ranges of movement, mainly chest exercises. If you are on a bench with dumbells doing a chest press, there's that part at the top where there's little resistance at all. I blame gravity
Try resistance bands to if u like cables ull love thm to and they would b a great addition to any cable routine
