What is a good size kettleball? I don't want it to heavy I can not complete a lot of reps. I am trying to tone and build muscle. Open to kettleball workouts ideas too!

A good way is to go by how much u lift with dumbells thn subtract 10lbs for example if ur can use a 20lb dumbell for like 10-15 reps pretty good thn buy a 10lb kettlebell...

I went to the store and did five reps of snatches with each weight going up in weight. When I got to one that I had trouble doing five reps I picked one 10 lbs lighter. I ended up with a 20 lb Kettlebell and I can tell you that after 10 sets of 8 I'm exhausted. But all that means is that I have tones of room for growth before I have to upgrade. I'll probably get a new one when I get to 88 sets of 8.
