Muscle group workouts

Starting muscle group specific workouts aiming for 3 a week with cardio days in between. Can anyone direct me on the best groups to work together, ie chest, triceps and biceps?

Things to do
Full body 3*week

Upper/lower body 2 times a week with cardio in between

Upper/lower 3*week

Push/pull/legs 2 times a week

 The split are not so importent. Just remember not to train secondary muscles like arms before you work your back or chest, and try to hit everything at least 2 times a week :)

If you are new to the gym scene, you shouldn't worry about isolation exercises. Do 3 to 4 total body workouts a week for a month focusing on the 3 major movements: pushing, pulling and different variations of squats. Put emphasis on range of motion, posture and breathing, rather than weight.

Awesome thanks mate yeah I have been doing all overs for a little over a month now and am just looking to change it up a bit as I'm starting to plateau in areas
