Starting muscle group specific workouts aiming for 3 a week with cardio days in between. Can anyone direct me on the best groups to work together, ie chest, triceps and biceps?
If you are new to the gym scene, you shouldn't worry about isolation exercises. Do 3 to 4 total body workouts a week for a month focusing on the 3 major movements: pushing, pulling and different variations of squats. Put emphasis on range of motion, posture and breathing, rather than weight.
