Losing body fat is seventy per cent diet. Keep of the sugar. Mix up your workouts between strength cardiovascular and resistance. Start on the strength workouts and progress from there..........Good luck.
O God burpees are evil lol! Thanks for the advice Paul P! I've definitely have changed my diet - I don't eat a lot of sugar but I do allow myself one small treat a day. What's the difference between strength and resistance?
