Is it okay if you do different challenges everyday? For example, i am doing now the arms, squat, lunges and little black dress.

I think so! Im doing the squat challenge, plank challenge, and crunches challenge at the moment. All of them everyday. Today was my first day and it went good :) good luck to you

I combined 3 challenges and write them down for every other day. Abs and glutes one day abd arms the next. Turns iut to be 60 days but gives the muscles some rest time to heal :)

Oh that one is hard. I combined plank, arms and squat for a day. A little exhausting though. Way to go :)
