I Did my 10 sets of pull ups for breakfast..

sup homie u ever do rope pull ups? there a beast. i always switch it up from L ups,weighted,cliff hangers,matrix etc.

at gym i go to sometimes u barely catch someone at the pull up bar they even short stabbing or goung to fast lol

You know people run from the bar..tell"em they going to pull they arm out of socket..ot to slow grind it full extention...

thats the best way to go slow thats the good money but u know how some is they be flexin scared of a difficult challenge i dont do latpulldown at all
