When im done doing crunches on my body ball im really dizzy and my head is throbbing. Does anyone know what this means?

You need to control your breathing - you're not getting enough oxygen

You may also have low blood sugar levels or blood pressure levels, need to do them slower and with more control not fast and not so many all at once
I've had these issues in the past and it sucks until you u understand it and can control it well
