What are some of your goals that your working on?

Mine is to increase my weight training. Want to get stronger in my arm and tone up my legs. Trying to accomplish this by the summer! :)

Mine is to gain a bit more mass. (Mostly in my chicken legs) and to be able to perform a muscle-up. By next month today.

hats off to u(bar bra) start doing arm balance strength theyll help u been time muscle ups is one of my fav but they hammer the elbows so be,careful good luck

Thanks. I get close but get stuck on the transition of my wrist. Hopefully this will help.
