What is a good amount of reps to do with any type of weights/Abs workouts and how many is recommended in each rep?
I'm looking to do more weights and Abs but I'm not sure how many reps to do with them and how many lifts/crunches etc to do with them. What's a good set?

Your abdominals should be conditioned for endurance(20 + reps)
8 -10 is good, by the time you hit your last set 10 should not be easy, if you get it..
As a general rule if you want to tone then do reps in the 10-12 range with light weights but if you want to build muscle then 6-10 with heavier weights.
