I'm looking to do more weights and Abs but I'm not sure how many reps to do with them and how many lifts/crunches etc to do with them. What's a good set?

For toning with weights 12-20. Mass 7-10. Abs 20-25.

Check out my topic post: Resistant training.  Maximizing your goals.  It spells out the amount of weights, sets, reps and rest times if you are looking to build power, strength , size or endurance.

Your abdominals should be conditioned for endurance(20 + reps)

8 -10 is good, by the time you hit your last set 10 should not be easy, if you get it..

As a general rule if you want to tone then do reps in the 10-12 range with light weights but if you want to build muscle then 6-10 with heavier weights.
