I was wondering what the best workout around here was.
I mean that I want to grow muscles at my belly, arms and lower body.
I've already lost a lot of weight, but my fat percentage is still like 25%...
I'm 1m70 and 57kg and eat healthy.
Ofcourse there's some leftover skin cause of the fast weight loss
Now I train every day from 20 to 40 minutes
I would like to do this muscle training as fast as possible but I am realistic as I know you can't grow muscles in a day.
TIPS PLEASE how to get muscles as fast as possible
