Usually when I go to the gym I get on the elliptical and maybe the bicycle. I know cardio is good to lose weight, but I'm tired of the same 'ol thing. So what kind of workouts so you do to lose weight?
my workout plan to lean out a bit more is jump roping,mountain climbers,burpees,suicides. an i hit my abs three times a week but do 45sec per exercises. i also cut back on my carbohydrates intakes only eating 30g carbs a day. green tea also

Stop doing what your body has got used to and do something new. There are so many great workouts on this app. Get on it.
