Hi there, is anyone else doing the "Terrifically Toned" workout? How long would I see results if I did it once every night?

Results will depand on what you eat for a large part.

I haven't changed my diet, but I don't usually eat much anyway; I have already started to notice muscle in my biceps and thighs and a hardening of my upper abdominal region

It also depends on how much effort you put into the workout
