Squats with squats and stuff

Okay fore some reason we decided to do a squat pyramid going from 12,10,8,6,4,2 reps adding 12 pounds every set and Then 2,4,6,8,10,12 reps removing 12 ibs every set (thats a lot of squats. We did 5 sets of leg extentions/curls and calf raises in a super set to finish off)

Anyone else love squats? :D
