If I do 30 minutes walking on a treadmill and 30 minutes on a elliptical machine plus 30 minutes of weights, how much weight should I lose in a month.

Or what are some good exercises to do at the gym for weight-loss?

that's along workout to be doing cardio. try doing hiit :jumprope 45sec,burpees 45sec,moutain climbers 45sec,spirts 45sec. then rest do everyone of them at a fadt pace. try this for a total of 20mins. also eat clean! very important

HIIT is the best way to lose fat its intense training done in a small amount of time as he said^

It depends on what you're eating - staying fit is 20% exercise,  80% diet - if you eat like crap, no progress - if you eat somewhat healthy and workout, progress will happen
