Hubby is wanting to wake up with me to work out but he doesn't want to do a lot of cardio 1st thing in the morning. His problem section is his tummy if that helps at all lol. Any suggestions on some good 15 minute moderate exercises?

It's not too difficult, & only 11 mins, though it won't shift belt fatty. But it will get him used to the idea of getting moving in the morning. Plus you can do it with him which will be an encouragement for him
