Hubby is wanting to wake up with me to work out but he doesn't want to do a lot of cardio 1st thing in the morning. His problem section is his tummy if that helps at all lol. Any suggestions on some good 15 minute moderate exercises?

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but He probably will have to build up to doing cardio if he wants to shift belly fat.

Lol that's what I keep telling him. I am thinking something easy/moderate to start just until he gets used to waking up early to work out. Some good am cardio. Just enough to get him moving and wake up ya know? Then kick in some good cardio in a couple weeks. Trying to get into a good routine of getting up and getting moving. Winter time makes it so hard. Warm cozy bed and snuggles lol

This could get you started I guess.

Partner Ab Workout

It's not too difficult, & only 11 mins, though it won't shift belt fatty. But it will get him used to the idea of getting moving in the morning. Plus you can do it with him which will be an encouragement for him
