Almost 5 month m gyming.... now my skin is falling from arms my thighs .... wich workout is best for skin tightning

Make sure you aren't restricting too many calories and making weight fall off quickly. Your skin had all that Time to stretch so it needs time to get tight again. Drink lots of water for that moisture and some ppl use moisturizers for added assistance.
