Hi everybody! I have a huge concern. My friend started working out couple of months earlier than I did. Both of us have quite big breasts. Neither I nor is she fat. We're both just curvy. The problem is that after some time I noticed that her chest became 'pendulous' if you can say that in English. I'm scared that I will have the same issue. It comes with age as well. You can see all old nans with boobs hanging down. I really don't want it. Does anyone know good exercises to prevent it? I've tried looking for it here. But didn't find anything related.. Thanks in advance!
