What is your maximum heart rate when exercising?
Hi peeps, I'm curious to know what your max heart rate is when working out. What is your aim and how long are you able to maintain it? I'm just getting back into exercise after a period of change and managed to get to 149
I did some running once checked my heart rate and it was above heart attack range....sensibly I stopped..I also did running once and my heart started having spasms....I think I use to go too hard
