What is your maximum heart rate when exercising?

Hi peeps, I'm curious to know what your max heart rate is when working out. What is your aim and how long are you able to maintain it? I'm just getting back into exercise after a period of change and managed to get to 149

Your HR should not exceed 220 - your age.

You want your HR to be between 65% to 85% of your max(220- age) if you are in relative health.

I did some running once checked my heart rate and it was above heart attack range....sensibly I stopped..I also did running once and my heart started having spasms....I think I use to go too hard

I almost passed out once-very good session!

No when my rate was really high I did not feel it...the monitor on the running machine just indicated it and when my heart started going a bit spazzo in my chest doing sprints I didnt really feel it either. I think my systems got more conditioned these days. That was when I was trying to get rid of fat

I think it was 230bpm

140-150 bpm last I checked. Thanks for the reminder lol I will def check it again tomorrow
