What exercise (preferably on here) is the most efficient at getting rid of love handles both on the sides and on the lower back? The workouts I've done don't help and I don't feel that "burn." Please help! Trying to get into shape for spring/summer attire.
P.S., I am unable to work out on weekends but can throughout the week after classes. And I'm a college kid with not so healthy options, so, assume I have a horrible diet, hahah.

There is no exercise to target love handles...but if your looking to lose the fat that tends to gather around the sides and lower back...cardio and eat right as for the obliques and lower back which by exercising is exactly what you would be targeting their are tons of exercises....side bends oblique crunches wind mills sqauts supermans...the list is unending ..hope tht dnt sound mean not my intention
