I'm starting a weight loss plan from 2/09/14_8/01/14 if you interested rapid please so I can post the plan...

No, but first we start with a 1hour in the morning workout than a 10 minute workout in the evening every 3 days we'll change the after school workout and add 10 more minutes to it and every 2 weeks we'll change our morning workout the plan is to drink soup for breakfast and dinner, lunch a healthy sandwich as for me lunch is 70 call fry egg and 2 slices of 120 cak wheat bread a total of 190 cal for lunch. Eat a fruit, banana, orange... etc between each meal so a total of 3 fruit a day...

No sugar, carbs other than wheat bread, nothing other than the meal plan homemade soup with a little beef should work just fine, so what you think?, I'm starting next monday I do my workout at 4_5:30 am but you can adjust to when you wake up but the plan is to lose 4_3 ilbs. A week.

Sounds great ill try lol in the process of moving so it'll probably be a little hard to keep up with the food in a hotel no stove

Day 2+3: set back feeling sick but go with plans similar like day 1 (fighting) next week the real challenge begins we're aloud set back in the first week but none the second I'm not gonna finish this week out strong but please do I'm just feeling majorly sick but you guys rock and roll!!!!! :-)

Day 1:
4:50am did 2 week diet drink lemon water while I work out.
5:50am drink homemade veggie soup with fish
11:00 ate orange had a strawberry cereal bar 100 calories.
3:30: salad and 120 calories 2 slice 100% wheat bread with fried egg with home made salad and 60 calories cool whip dressing.
It'll be like this, for this week.

Yestarday: 10am 1 bottle water and half cup of tea 11 tomato soup w/wheat toast and a bottle of water 1pm carrots 1bottle water 3pm 1/2 can of plain tuna bottle water 5pm apple and tea 8pm salad and bottle water 930 banana bottle of water *So far today is going the same way tomorrow ill switch it up.

Yesterday I did two workouts today ill probably do alot more if I do ill consume a little more food or fruits

I think it's around 600_900 calories estimate oh and please read the common below I posted on another buddy comment on this forum there's 3 of us :-)
