The plan Is below and the workout to its called 2 week diet
4:50am did 2 week diet drink lemon water while I work out.
5:50am drink homemade veggie soup with fish
11:00 ate orange had a strawberry cereal bar 100 calories.
3:30: salad and 120 calories 2 slice 100% wheat bread with fried egg with home made salad and 60 calories cool whip dressing.
It'll be like this, for this week.
Day:2 i know its hard but fight it...
