I was wondering if anyone knew of some challenging arm workouts. The arms workout i used to do is wayyyy too easy. Is it just the weight I'm using or do I need a new workout? P.S. I really like a challenge

Oh wow lol that one seems to have a bit of everything in it. Heavier would help. You could always try a workout that just involved body weight. Do some plyo pushups lol that should wear you out

Is there a good body weight workout you recommend? And what are plyo push ups?

When you push up, push so hard you lift you hands of the ground (some people clap). ATV tricep vanity is an alright one. On YouTube look up "Tara Stiles Weight loss yoga strong arms, back, and shoulders" that's a good one to throw in on arm day lol
