Sauna/Hamam after workout!

After a good workout I go into the hammam and sauna. This helps me, not only physically but mentally. It's a good time to wind down and relax. In the hammam, if it's allowed in your area, have a glove that will scrub away all dead cells with a body soap that has eucalyptus and/or lavender for relaxation or anything else you want. Leave the soap on your body for a bit then wash it off with cold water once you get out. It's an amazing feeling!

Remember to shower off any sweat, deodorant or lotion before you get in to the sauna and hammam! Keep it clean people!
