I'm getting hooked to my daily 10 min workout fix, and I am pretty happy with the ones I am using right now. I created them and they are well-tailored to my current fitness (I'm 37 and have a few pounds to shed but I still prefer intense workouts).
Could you recommend me any good, intense 10-12 minutes workouts that cover most / all of the arms muscles? I am happy with my abs and legs/butt routines, but I am still looking for that perfect arms workout.

I was thinking about ordering one of the foldable pull up bars ("Work horse"), because it does feel like that's what's missing in my routine... the biceps exercises with dumbbells are too limited.
What are you using for your pull ups?
