Squat and Ab challenge
On day 2! Did both and also a lil extra! I like to keep going until I feel the burn!!! Did 65 squats and 30 sit-ups, 8 crunches, 8 leg raises, and 12 sec plank! Also did some weight training!!!!
You really are something else how you push yourself wow!
When it's all said and dun you will look like a model and be fit as you wanna be
Lol yes I always push myself I need heavier weights now though ...

I'm very busy but I worked out 3 days aweek and I worked 2 jobs and I do foster care I always get the workouts in
