On day 2! Did both and also a lil extra! I like to keep going until I feel the burn!!! Did 65 squats and 30 sit-ups, 8 crunches, 8 leg raises, and 12 sec plank! Also did some weight training!!!!

I'm very busy but I worked out 3 days aweek and I worked 2 jobs and I do foster care I always get the workouts in

I'm doing the 30 day squat challenge and the downtown.tumblr 60 day exercise plan I found on pintrest. There's three levels to that, and I'm still pushing thru the first level.
