I do that. I always plan that while watching my fav shows i'll do excercises but I m so engrossed one d show in on dat I m only able to exercise during d commercial breaks
I use to but I barely watch tv now and I use to stretch
New on the skim scene like how 98% of everyones post is positive. Working out brings out the best side of people.
When I m watching tv I just wanna relax, get to it
My intention would be to workout but then I would catch myself only doing the set during commercial breaks. Sometimes focusing on just the workout can seem daunting and boring. The solution is two parts -
part 1 of course is workout trainer with its 'ten seconds left'
Part 2 is some great music / podcasts like 'bass and breaks with Mike swain' or 'Tommy trash get trashed podcast' or 'all songs considered'.
I do.....when I watch it, ...but that is once a week. .......
I used to do planks or wall sits but nothing good come on these days i might start trying it again since it march madness.lol #NCAA
