Only one side is toning?
Hey so I've been averaging working out 3-4 times a week and I do both sides obviously when I'm lifting/doing oblique crunches and even though there is clearly toning on one side both are showing. Why can't won't my left side tone up as much? The obvious is that I'm right handed/dominant but I want the other side to look more toned too. What should I do?
You're obviously stronger on one side which means you need to work those muscles out on a machine instead of free weights. Its common with alot of people with certain exercises. The best way is to switch to a machine where you have more stability on your range of motion which will eventually lead you to a more symmetrical physique. Hope this helps. ;)
