weaker arm !

hi , i have been hitting the gym for a week .. i can feel my left arm is weaker than my right arm . so due to this i am losing balance while lifting weights .. please help me

Just work trough it. Will get bettet.

We all have that problem. With me it's. Left arm bigger but right arm Stronger. I don't suggest you lift more weights on one arm. Just continue what you doing it should even out. Even if it doesn't it's not a big deal. If the problems serious, as in your bench press's form is bad because of weakness in one hand, then I suggest you consult a professional physiotherapist

thx for your suggestion . i am gonna continue my workout as usual , just gonna add few more reps on the weaker hand .. i hope this will workout for long term goals :-D

I will do more dumbell workouts... to keep the balance. Alternating curls and bench press with dumbells, also concentrated bicep curls... that will help a lot to make both arms even
