Is it better to workout 40 minutes seriously or 2 hours??

I workout like 2 hours everyday .. So it better finish the workout with lower time ?

I workout for twenty minutes a day and have great results. It is all relative.

You wont be able to lift as heavy if you do it quick

Because with a little rest between sets you wont be able to put max effort into the lift , unlike if you rest 1-2 mins inbetween but this i only for main lift like squat,bench, ans OH press

John are you f'n serious. You're completely wrong. And to back up your claim you bring up rest. Come on. You can easily get your workout within 40 minutes. Just know what you're going to do that day. Furthermore, if your trying to build muscle obviously lift heavy. A wise individual is an informed individual.

Lift you think if you going to bench 80 - 85 % of you max with 20 secs between sets , that bar is going to clean you head off your body without a spotter

Both...only time a workout isn't beneficial is if ur messing around or just plain dnt knw wat ur doing...

I try to keep workouts less than an hour. After an hour, testosterone levels drop and benefits minimize. Pick 3 to 4 muscles and work them out in an hour, using different exercises and tempos. You can kick your own ass in one hour

40 minutes of hard training... get in, do your stuff, and enjoy the rest of the day
