I haven't been on here for awhile. How is everyone?

Last time I was on here, people were looking the Drop 10 Workout. Are there still people doing it? I just got started with it again!

Just recently got the app... I'm 45, been married 24 years, got 2 children, work 60 - 70 hours a week and try to work out in my " spare time". When I'm not working on my wife's " honey do" list :-)
