Some ppl are really skinny. But their muscles are obvious, in their arms and so on. Is it because their skinny thats why it shows more? Does this mean that if I have muscles and I want it to be obvious .. I should decrease fat mass? How can I decrease fat mass without getting skinny?
Yes that's exactly why, they have a low body fat % so their muscles are more define. Ahhh how do you get skinny w/out loosing muscle? You usually have to pick one or the other but if you eat clean and train hard with weights it's possible, just takes foorreevveerr!
Just like drake said, you have eat clean to burn fat while weight training to increase muscles.
