If you're reading this, you BETTER suggest something! I literally have no time to workout (maybe 30 min to an hour during the week) but I really like intense workouts. Any ideas?
There are a lot of intense workouts here that I dream to do one of them one day lol.
But if you are talking about an intense "exercise(s)" that needs a little time to give you the burn, my suggestion is kettlebell ballistics moves (I.e swings, snatches). Invest in one (an iron casted one to be specific) unless you are not interested in weights.
